Joe comes to Accelerating Appalachia with two decades of experience ranging from ag enterprises and farm financial crisis to disaster response. In his new role, he is co-developing and implementing Accelerating Appalachia’s farmer outreach and incentive program, coordinating with sub-awardees and farmers to ensure excellent farmer support, and making necessary adjustments.
