Tammy Barnes has over eight years of experience in natural resource and water conservation planning, agricultural educational outreach and research through her employment at the University of Kentucky and the Oregon State University Cooperative Extension Service. Tammy holds a BS in Animal Science, a Master’s in Animal Nutrition, and a Graduate Certificate in Watershed and Stream Science. Additionally, she has 27 years of experience in farm management gained operating her own farm as well as managing university farms, and commercial equine operations.
